We are delighted to announce that we have been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for 2022. It is the fourth time in a row that our firm is recognized with this award.
First published in 2002, Canada’s Top Employers for Young People is competition organized by the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. This initiative recognizes employers that offer the nation’s best workplaces and incorporates programs for young people starting out or at the early stages of their careers
“We are excited to have been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People once again,” said Michael Newton, Managing Partner of FL. “We work hard to support skills development and leadership training for everyone, however, it is especially important for our younger employees to flourish in the future. This honour validates our objective. Early-stage professionals are the future – in our industries, professions, communities and philanthropy. Fostering growth and encouraging leadership at the early stages of a professional’s career sets the tone for future leadership and for our future leaders “
Newton continues “Whether working from the office fulltime, on-site at clients or from home in a hybrid environment, we believe in building a workplace that promotes mutual respect and teamwork that fosters an environment of collaboration and creativity that allows team members to grow and thrive. FL’s partners and team members continue to be involved, even during Covid, in over 25 not-for profit organisations, in various roles and responsibilities, within these organization. Community involvement is strongly encouraged for all, but especially in our Young Professionals Program.
