He also assists clients with RRSP planning, trusts for physicians, insurance and will planning as well as new business financing. Alan is very much the hands-on professional who “quarterbacks” for his clients in addressing all of their requirements. His expertise has garnered him a considerable client base which includes a large contingent of professionals, particularly physicians, and small businesses operating in a variety of industries such as importing, exporting, real estate and professional services. He also specializes in the preparation of Canadian tax returns for U.S. investors in Canadian real estate as well as the preparation of U.S. tax returns for Americans residing in Canada. Alan’s knowledge of tax jurisdictions is a key asset to his clients and the firm.
Alan believes FL Fuller Landau LLP offers a number of advantages to its clients. “We offer the personalized service of a small firm with all the resources of a larger operation. The way the firm is structured encourages growth and motivation among professional team members and every specialty in the field is covered. We’re kind of a melting pot of expertise and complementary talents.”
