Our People & Culture team conducts ongoing surveys to gather feedback and suggestions to ensure all team members’ voices are heard. Furthermore, team members are encouraged to participate in management meetings. We also organize an annual team and manager retreat to seek input, foster teamwork and relationship-building.

FL Fuller Landau supports team members at all levels in their professional growth and development. At FL, the annual summer perk is selected by FL team members, who are given a variety of choices such as summer Fridays off, one additional week off, etc.
