Qian discovered a passion for compliance a long time ago. Being able to put order in chaos and making sure that files are prepared accurately is something she thrives on.

She is one of our most technically-savvy Tax team members. Teaching psychology at university level in a previous life explains why she enjoys imparting her knowledge by training her colleagues at FL, since her arrival at the firm. She also believes firmly in supporting new team members by ensuring that they are well-tooled to accomplish their tax-related mandates and that they grow professionally, by the same token.
