Jean-Francois Audet, CPA, CA, CIRP (Corporate Finance – business valuations, corporate reorganizations, virtual CFO) has nearly 15 years experience in the business world and spent more than a decade in consulting services. Specialized in the turnaround of companies in financial distress, an area of expertise he acquired within a large firm, Jean-Francois Audet is a master at analyzing complex situations and presenting comprehensive recommendations under tight deadlines.
Peter-Joseph Moraitis, CPA (Taxation – tax planning, corporate reorganizations, family business) has been with FL Fuller Landau since 2008. He began his career in Assurance after obtaining his degree in Commerce from the John Molson School of Business. His strong aptitude for private company taxation led him to join FL’s tax department in 2015. Since that time, he has focused on corporate reorganizations, estate planning and cross-border tax, working in the department headed by his father, Nick Moraitis.
