Bardia Afzali is a Tax lawyer and Senior Tax manager at FL Fuller Landau. Bardia specialises on domestic and international tax-planning, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, financings, cash repatriation/deployment strategies, IP migration and structuring, and tax dispute resolution.
